The maintenance committee is responsible for monitoring Diamond Farm’s grounds and amenities, reporting major issues to the board, and correcting minor issues (such as low-hanging tree limbs) at their discretion.
Though committee members often walk our beautiful community, they still rely on the input of our residents to help identify new issues that arise. Just email the committee if you see any problems that include:
Blocked storm drains
Broken playground equipment
Cracked sidewalks
Unlit streetlamps
Issues with the entrance walls, signs, and gazebo
And many more!
Before you submit an issue, please check the most recent maintenance report below to see if it’s something that we’re already aware of. Don’t worry though if you repeat – we always enjoy hearing from our neighbors!
